Refund and Returns Policy
The way we look at it: happy customers are returning customers. And we love to have our customers coming back to us, which means we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days after receiving it. Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or refunding your money as a credit in your account, then helping you find the product you prefer.
To use our guarantee program, please contact our customer service. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide return instructions.
Returns of products that are not defective or damaged but just “changed mind” incur a 20% processing fee.
Please take care in providing your correct shipping information. What you provide is exactly how the shipping label of your order will be printed. Orders returned to us as undelivered because of wrong address will result in a 20% processing fee. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (for the United States only), an additional shipping fee will apply.
Refused orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders refused again will be cancelled and incur of 20% processing free. No refund for shipping service will be issued from refused orders.
