I do not know how this mix is manufactured but I have had my Golden Retriever on this for about 8-years or more and this brand has saved Max from getting skin rashes and sore spots. I have recommended this to several people that have sensitive skin issue and it works for them also. This product is better than others because it does have some quality grains that dogs need in their diet for good heart development. The other good thing about this product is it is not as expensive as most other brands developed for sensitive skin and diet and if you wait and purchase it at PetStup when they have discounts available it saves you even more.
