Transition Instructions
When switching your dog’s diet, we recommend transitioning from the current diet to our Fat Dogs Formula over a 10 day period. Replace 10% of the current diet with our Fat Dogs Low Calorie Dry Dog Food each day until they are fully transitioned. If you do not have any of your current formula to mix, reduce the amount of Fat Dogs Formula fed for the first few days, feeding smaller more frequent meals and increase over time. Do not free feed.

This food really works! My cheweinie was overwieght at 18 pounds. I’d tried a lot of things to get her weight down. About 4 years ago I found this Fat Dogs, and she dropped down to a sleek 13 pounds quickly. Sometimes I’ve had to end up buying other dog food- and her weight creeps back up. Put her back on the Fat Dogs, and she’s back down to healthy weight! Plus, she really does like the food! My overweight pug has been on this food for a few months and has gotten down to her goal weight. She really loves it, but she loves all food! Not picky whatsoever. I think the ingredients are good and her coat is nice too.
Good Weight Conrol –
My two pups have been on this food for several years now. One of my boys is allergic to SOY, potatoes, pumpkin, some grains, etc…along with grass! This is the ONLY food I found without Soy in it! I am able to maintain their all important weight too…
